David Schwab and Richard Johnson have been involved in the land-development business in the greater Nashville area since the mid-1980s. They have worked exclusively in the upper end of the market and have developed very affluent neighborhoods with many homes valued well in excess of $1,000,000. They have a strong background in land acquisition, land planning, working with government officials through the zoning and entitlement process, financing, marketing, sales, and promotion. Having incorporated golf courses, a marina, and an equestrian theme within some of their developments, their focus has brought a wide range of recreational opportunities to a large number of families, providing them not just with a home but with a lifestyle matching their interests.
